I will be absent from Club training for a little while. I have therefore asked Sensei Chris Verry to take training sessions at Aylburton and Gloucester whilst I'm away.

Changes at Cinderford
Training at Cinderford has now changed from Thursday to Wednesday and will now be held at Wesley Hall, Cinderford. The new dojo is down in town opposite the Palace Cinema.

Class cancellation
I am forced to cancel the Gloucester class tonight due to a family bereavement. My apologies for the interruption to your training, class will resume next week.

Temporary Club closure
There will be no training at Cinderford tonight as the school is shut due to the snow.
Hopefully the school will be open again next week and we can get back to training.
Do some practice at home, be careful in the snow and have fun sledging.

Training times
Please note training times at all 3 venues are back the original times:
Fudoshin Tigercubs (5 - 8 yr olds) - 6:00 - 7:00
Fudoshin Tigers (8 - 16 yr olds) - 7:00 - 8:00
Seniors 8:00 - 9:30

February Gradings
The times for the Sunday 1st February Gradings are as follows:
Aylburton - 9.00 am
Cinderford - 1.00 pm
Students who are eligible, will be invited to the grading.
As the dojo is not available on a Sunday at Gloucester, those students who are put forward for grading from Gloucester should make their way to one of the other 2 venues.

Black Belt Gradings
This morning 2 Fudsohin students are attending the Black Belt grading. Ken Uzzell is grading for 1st Dan (Shodan), and Peter Bamford is grading for 3rd Dan (Sandan).
Could I wish both students the very best of luck at their grading.

Gloucester - 22nd July
It's Sensei Louise's 40th Birthday today. Happy Birthday Louise!
For that reason, and because I'm taking her out for a meal tonight, the class at Gloucester has been cancelled. I'm sure you all understand.
Training will resume as usual next week.
